Job Opening for Business Analyst

Job Functions:

This position involves gathering technical specifications on our software system and preparing detailed documentation based on the information gathered. You will interact with the Implementation, Development & Quality Assurance teams to gather requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must work well as a team member and individually
• Programming experience utilizing SQL or any 4GL language and/or stored procedures
• Experience gathering business/technical requirements
• Experience writing large technical documents
• Familiarity with business software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

Desired Skills:

• Background in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance
• Familiarity with at least one report writer such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, Actuate, etc.
