Job Opening for Implementation Consultant
Job Functions:
Implementation Consultants envision Client functional requirements and are then responsible for the configuration and implementation of the software to optimally meet those needs; to assist Clients in testing and rollout and finally knowledge transfer. Required Skills:
- Strong SQL skills (must be experienced at writing queries)
- Highly motivated, positive and passionate about the work with a strong sense of accountability and results orientation
- Strategic, structured and focused thinker who has strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Highly professional demeanor with well rounded business acumen and solid interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and effectively and efficiently with little or no supervision
- Detail oriented with very strong organizational skills
Desired Skills:
- Programming experience utilizing any 4GL language
- Background in HR, Payroll or Time & Attendance
- Knowledge of HR & Payroll policies, procedures and systems, i.e. ADP, Ceridian, Pro Business, etc.
- Experience implementing or working with packaged HRIS software systems, i.e. PeopleSoft, Kronos, Lawson, Oracle, SAP, etc.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates who have extensive experience specifically in implementing time and attendance systems.
