Job Opening for Advanced Scheduling Enterprise Account Manager
WorkForce Software is seeking new Sales Representatives throughout North America. Relocation not required.
Job functions:
- Selling our enterprise time and attendance software system to large organizations.
- Managing the entire sales process from prospect generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, to closing the sale.
- Aggressive prospecting through cold calling, networking, internet, and various publications.
- Responding to RFIs and RFPs.
- Conducting product demonstrations of our web-based time and attendance system.
- Negotiating final terms and conditions for acquisition of our solution.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience selling enterprise level software systems and implementation services (over $100K per sale).
- History of success in sales, evidenced by regularly exceeding sales quotas.
- Must have extensive experience prospecting and developing your own leads.
- Excellent writing skills: You must have experience preparing lengthy proposals and corresponding to customers through e-mail.
- Product demonstration ability: You will frequently conduct product demonstrations both in-person and over the Internet. Experience in demonstrating software is required.
- Strong verbal skills: You must be able to build strong relationships with customers over the phone. Most of the selling process occurs over the phone prior to on-site meetings.

Compensation:
Excellent compensation, in the form of a base salary, commissions, and other incentives, is available for candidates who meet requirements. OTE of up to 200K with no caps, or other restrictions, on your earning potential.
