Job Opening for Support Analyst

We are looking to add multiple Support Analysts to work with our implementation team to support existing customers.

Job Functions:

  • Application configuration of our Time and Attendance System
  • Handle support calls from existing clients, troubleshoot application issues
  • Design reports using Actuate report writing tool
  • Convert legacy data for use with our database
  • Testing/Quality Assurance work

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with all types of clients over the phone
  • Must work well as a team member and individually
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Some programming experience utilizing any 4GL language and/or stored procedures

Desired Skills:

  • Background in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance
  • Experience implementing or working with packaged HRMS software systems, i.e. PeopleSoft,
  • Lawson, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Knowledge of HR & Payroll policies, procedures and systems, i.e. ADP, Ceridian, Pro Business, etc.
  • Familiarity with at least one report writer such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, Actuate, etc.
  • Comfortable working with database servers and Unix operating systems
