Job Opening for
Inside TeleSales Representative
This position involves generating sales leads and setting appointments for our enterprise
time and attendance software system. You will research prospective
customers and make calls into these customers to assess their interest
in our time and attendance solution. The successful candidate will
be motivated to succeed and will aggressively follow up on all
sales leads. Your compensation will be from a base salary plus
a bonus based on locating qualified sales leads.
Below are some of the key requirements from qualified candidates:
- Strong verbal communication skills. You must be completely
comfortable talking to people over the phone. Experience in telemarketing
or outbound sales a plus.
- Ability to learn. You must be able to learn the time and attendance
business in order to be able to assess customer needs and provide
initial product information.
- Aggressive and persistent. You need to have the drive to make
multiple calls into an organization, speak to the decision makers,
and gain their interest in our solution.
- Enterprise software experience. Experience selling to executives a plus.
Both full and part time positions are available with flexible
hours.
