EmpCenter Accruals & Absence Manager
Accruals and Absence Manager gives employers the ability to track time-off, discipline points, or other accrual banks where time can accumulate. Once the banks are established, accrual policies are developed that automatically calculate the correct increments to be added to the banks. Accrual banks are used to collect vacation time, sick days used, tardy occurrences, FMLA time, etc.
Employees use self-service features to request time-off, check accrual bank balances, and project future accrual balances based on a date. For example, the employee can see how much vacation will be available three months from now.
There are many innovative uses of the Accruals and Absence Manager module, including overtime equalization and the automation of HR discipline point policies.
